1000 Monkeys

1000 Monkeys is my first Twitter API project. It has no purpose other than to create a random narrative from the endless stream of pointless monkey drivel that is Twitter. It's a feedback loop: it extracts statements from the stream and injects them back into the stream. Each statement is devoid of context and ownership. Can such randomness actually create a meaningful narrative?

"The infinite monkey theorem states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type or create a particular chosen text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare."
